Inspected October 8Report 1002
Inspector's overview
This home was found to be in generally sound condition overall, with a short list of items that call for attention and some routine upkeep. Two safety items were noted. In the plumbing system, the water heater is either not strapped to the wall or has straps that are loose or poorly placed. In the electrical system, one or more knockout openings in the enclosure or dead front cover are missing their fillers. One larger repair was identified on the roof, where shingles were missing on the south slope above the garage. Beyond these, the remaining finding is a maintenance item: moss, algae, or debris such as leaves and branches had collected on the roof, which is a normal part of keeping a home in good order. Please refer to the Plumbing, Electrical, and Roof sections of this report for full details and photos of each finding.
